Diandra Reviews Interviews: Embracing Your Demons With Black Polish

The grand irony of a villain era is that, in fact, its probably your self-love one. To truly feel light, you have to go through and embrace your shadows: not repress them. The minute I heard Yuna, Black Polish’s debut, I KNEW I was about to interview someone deeply thoughtful and intelligent. A person who remember the purpose of art is expression of one´s self wholly and fully. Thus, I’m not surprised the interview WAS AWESOME. From narcissistic lies to defining dark empathy, Black Polish is doing what most people will never do, even through their art: heal.
