Concert Review: Gashi Lives In The Moment At Baby’s All Right

Believe it or not, some artists do not see that a concert can leave a life-altering impression, but it is also their basic, human chance to be the center of attention. At Baby’s All Right, Gashi did two things right when it came to his concert. The first is that he realized it was his moment, and the second was that he humbled himself to that realization.

Gashi must need a nap after every show because he has so much positive energy to give, and he absorbs absolutely every aspect of his crowd. He looks at us as if his eyes were polaroids, and he was taking pictures of our faces as we sing along to tracks like, ““No Face, No Case,” “Disrespectful,” “Creep On Me,”and “Blame It On The Bag”. He is unashamed of his love to be the center of people’s world, for a moment, which leads him to get the party lit with charm and humility. People were bopping around Baby’s All Right as if God’s hand had literally picked up that rectangular lounge and shook it. There was so much joy and chaos in that one room, it felt supernatural, especially because it surged on the whim and will of Gashi and a crowd that wanted him to know he made them happy.

From “Used To Be to “1134,” Gashi’s songs sing to being a badass that won’t let anyone cross him, a man that needs someone to love him, and a king refusing peasantry in his Hip Hop kingdom. Yet, in show, Gashi is simply a guy that has worked HARD to get where he is and wants to encourage others to stay hustling. His fans not only flock to him for music but also motivation; as if he is the their literal emblem not to give up, and that time and effort manifest into dreams come true. While he explained why he says, “F**k Everybody,” as an encouragement to fend off nay-sayers, you got the feeling that life has taught him a valuable lesson: if nobody can stop you from wanting a dream, they should not stop you from gaining it.

There have been plenty of times when we really wanted something for ourselves, and all it took was one negative person for us to lose our will for it. So many dreams have been left not because people did not have support but because they had haters. Yet, that is life. Not everyone is going to cheer for your dreams; they might, actually, challenge them. Thus, Gashi’s show is a celebration of someone surviving and outdoing challengers to attract a major and merited following. Click Here For More Information On Gashi.
