Transparency, soulfulness, and wellness are key terms in the presentation, and their website could, easily, pass in an Oprah Super Soul Sunday special (lol!). I used a 1/2 a dropper, and felt the effect immediately. CBD is supposed to help with anxiety, which is why I was excited to use the product. There is a light “perfumey” aroma and taste to High Falls Hemp CBD supplement; making you feel like you are tasting a hemp aroma. It is a strange, endearing taste because rare do you feel like you are tasting an aroma, but, think of this way, it is like smelling chicken and recalling mother’s cooking. In tasting fragrant, there is an earthy elegance to the tincture.

High Falls Extracts 2018 – A Year in Review!

The effects, for me, were surprisingly immediate. It was as if I could not be anxious even though I tried. As a creative, thoughts are constantly swirling, and it felt like my mind has a light “cool down.” Allowing me to focus more on what I want and need to do, for work, versus what I wish I could. Desires and anxiety go hand in hand, and the supplement sided desire to make me have more clarity on duties. Again, stress is a distractor. How many times have you, regretfully, not gotten work done because you felt down? Thus, I like that my mind could not even get “low” because it was steady and calm.

While the effect is instant it wanes with 1 or 2 hours; hence, the dosage of 3 times a day. In a way, High Falls’ tinctures feel like platforms. They’ll make you leap into serenity, of which from then one you keep swimming for it in your day. While I felt the effects wane, in knowing what my calmness feels like, I was more motivated to keep it. In addition, I was also sent their CBD Lotion, which was very useful.

Okay, prepare for revelations! I have a really dry patch of skin that I have had since “babyhood.” Moreover, I, unfortunately, sun-burned myself after brilliantly forgetting to put on sunscreen. Putting the CBD lotion on both I did not feel like it “moisturized” as much as coated my skin so it did not get drier or flakier. In essence, it did not soften, but it reduced breaking and felt almost like a protector to further skin dehydration.
