Artists of 2019: Stolar Will Get You Into Raw Emotions
What became a monthly, self-searching music project has grown into a full odyssey for Stolar. For him, music is mindfulness or, at least, his way of seeing what he truly feels and thinks. Yes, that is how simply complex humanity is; we think we think and we feel we feel. Sifting through over-thoughts and heightened sentiments, Stolar has created Raw Emotions, and he is going to take over yours.
Seeing a bit of his show at MHOW, I was floored by how much he has grown as an already fantastic performer. In concert, Stolar is an artist you will INSTANTLY like, and his music is unavoidably danceable. He shines on the stage because he is charming, super-friendly, and treats you like a stranger that came to his party but, by the end of the night, became his family. Thus, I did not even think he had to grow, but we all do. Your good has to get better so you can achieve your best, and Stolar is closer than ever to achieving it.
There was a smooth easiness to his confidence that affirmed he has a plan and an image. No artist can thrive without an image because the world will give you one: whether you like it or not. The important thing is to realize that, and then work to have a say in how others see you. By the end of his act, people saw Stolar exactly as he wanted; vulnerable, open, thoughtful, and extremely talented. He is beyond creative, and has voice that could easily jump from pop sounds to jazzy riffs. His ability to genre bend, in sound and voice, proves that, in the end, genres are like music siblings; they may stand as individuals but forever remain family. In some ways, the same can be said for humanity and raw emotions. For More Information on Stolar Click Here.
