Concert Review: Elizabeth Has Got “The Glow”
Inner beauty matters, but let us delve into what exactly that is. Inner beauty is not just about being good to others as much as feeling good about yourself. It is about the “glow,” and at Baby’s All Right, Elizabeth had a glow.
Admittedly, I like people self-deprecating humor; those that are self-aware but not self-conscious, which can describe Elizabeth in every way and makes her the perfect new artist for young women realizing that to being confident in a relationship does NOT mean you are not confident in yourself. I am confident in me; I am just not confident in us. #instagramcaption In performance, she feels like the serenader for all those gals that may not get the lead in a romantic film, but are 100% looking and deserving of leading love. Maybe, we are considered too smart, too “funny,” too “daring,” or too “kind,” whatever those actual insults I have been told mean, but the point is you can’t be too much of a good thin.

Elizabeth’s difference makes her powerful, especially in refining “romantic” songs. Elizabeth is having a romance with herself, and she has no qualms inviting a lover to Netflix and Chill as long as they don’t drink her wine. I like those standards. There IS a fine line between being aware and being conscious; being insecure and going through instability. Tracks like, “Meander” and “Parties” spoke to this line, and showed that even if life and love are never stable, you can be, which is why she was cooly fierce.

Vocally, Elizabeth feels like a Millennial Enya. (Laugh It Up! at the comparison) Her delivery feels like a sacred, higher being has come from Heaven to calmly tell you to step away from the punch bowl and dance by yourself if no one asks you. For owning her eccentricities and dreams, she sings from emotional common ground. Is that not a goal or what?! For More Information On Elizabeth Click Here.
