Love; I am obsessed with it. It seems Holden is, as well; creating a dynamic track that rolls its melody like a Tom Petty track. You simply want to hop in a car, drive down a desert road, and sing to being “On The Run” for love. It has an exciting, chasing undercurrent within its melody that is fueled by Holden’s svelte voice. He sings his verses as if something in his soul is saying, “Get out there, find your person, and write them a song!”  Hence, why “On The Run” feels so strange.
