Concert Preview: Quinn Lewis Is Coming To Bowery

When it comes to performing Quinn Lewis is a must see, and his upcoming show, at Bowery Ballroom on May 4, is bound to be a good ticket. Sharing the stage with Kevin Garrett, Lewis matches the soulful crooner with richly, romantic songs and good humor. After seeing him perform, I know he will deliver.

If you read me often, you know I like to point out the sweet artists. The ones that not only have talent but also good hearts and witty jokes. Nowadays, people pay for a concert with a hope to know their fave artists as a person. Their show, like their music, is an escape, of which Quinn’s newest track, “Only Everything” certainly delivers an outlet for romance. Like Bruno Major, Lewis has an innate ability to make the “everydayness” of love feel like the beauty of eternity on loop.

Quinn Lewis – Only Everything (Official Video)

Only Everything feels like Quinn’s gentle demand to have it all when it comes to relationships; to both give and receive fully from himself and his partner. In a way, I find that relatable, especially when you are in the cusps of new love. You want to submit and share to wonders of being in someone’s arms, and, sonically, this track captures that. It waves melodically; as if you are swimming in Quinn’e guitar arrangements, while anchoring voice makes sure you are emotionally safe.
